What I have done lately is I have gone back to drinking distilled water because I don’t want fluoride in my water and I don’t want to buy a reverse osmosis filter.  So, to prevent distilled water from leeching minerals I add a pinch of Celtic sea salt to every gallon.  This also makes the drinking water taste so good you want to drink more and more of it.  Kind of like when you drink Evian brand.  You just want to drink more of it!
